At Daiwa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
